We are committed to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable as much as possible. Please kindly take some time to read these Terms & Conditions (T&C). Your use of the site indicates you acknowledged, understood and agreed to abide to these T&C.
Notes
Our working days are Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm (exclude local public holiday)
Kindly check through your shopping cart and ensure that the item(s), size, quantity and colour are accurate prior to carting them out as we will not be able to change your orders once it has been processed. All paid orders are final and are not refundable/returnable.

Prices
Prices displayed are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Product
- Products might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variance in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. Please kindly allow 20% of this colour variance. Request for return as defect item due to this reason will be rejected.
- Minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as defect.
- Minor imperfection (small black dots/ small stain / loose thread) which are not obvious and doesn't affect the whole appearance of item will not be considered as defect.
- Request for exchange / return due to such reason above will be rejected.
- We sincerely apologize for mailing the incorrect/defective item(s). Please contact us at girlsfashion666@gmail.com if you believe you have received a defective product within 10 working days with your order number and photo of defect part. Item returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered ,and with its tags intact. Strictly no return or exchange for sales item.
- However, if the item is no longer available for exchange, a full refund will be performed.
Payment
- Currently, we only accept internet banking.
- Payment details have to be submitted via the form provided once you make a purchase.
- Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within the time frame given. Cancelled orders cannot be reversed.
- In the event where we are unable to verify payments, we would require customer's assistance to process the order as quickly as we can.
Delivery
- All orders are processed within 1 - 2 working days upon verification of payment.
- It usually takes 7 - 14 working days to arrive your doorstep. Items are delivered straight from warehouse in China and can be tracked in http://www.dpe.net.cn/ .
- Kindly ensure that the correct address, size and colours have been input prior to proceed with payment.
- Customer are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive parcel. We shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized person. Any cost for redelivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
- Vogue Runway will not be responsible for delay caused by courier service.
- Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of Vogue Runway and there will be no refunds.
Bounced Parcel
- We will contact via email if we receive any bounced parcel bearing their name.
- Cost of re-delivery charged will be borne by customer
- We reserve the right to decline the request to combine new order with bounced parcel.
- Bounced parcel that are unclaimed after 180 days (half year) will be deemed as Vogue Runway's property and no compensation will be done as sufficient response time has been given.
